Battery test, front welding, back series connection

Due to the randomness of the production conditions of solar photovoltaic modules, the performance of the produced solar photovoltaic modules is not the same. Solar photovoltaic module testing is to classify solar photovoltaic modules by testing their output parameters. Laminated laying, module lamination, trimming

After the back is connected in series and passed the inspection, the solar photovoltaic module string, glass, cut EVA, glass fiber, and backplane are laid at a certain level and ready to be laminated. The solar photovoltaic module glass is coated with a layer of reagent in advance to increase the bonding strength between the glass and EVA. When laying, ensure the relative position of the battery string and glass, and other materials, adjust the distance between the batteries, and lay a good foundation for lamination. Put the laid solar photovoltaic module into the laminator, draw out the air in the solar photovoltaic module by vacuuming, and then heat to melt the EVA to bond the battery, glass and backplane together. Finally, the solar photovoltaic module is taken out by cooling. The lamination process is a key step in the production of solar photovoltaic modules, and the lamination temperature and lamination time are determined by the properties of EVA.

Frame assembly, welding junction box, high voltage test, component test

The glass solar photovoltaic module is equipped with an aluminum frame to increase the strength of the solar photovoltaic module, further seal the solar photovoltaic module, and prolong the service life of the solar photovoltaic module. The gap between the frame and the glass component is filled with silicone resin. Use corner keys to connect each frame. Weld a box on the back of the solar photovoltaic module to facilitate the connection between the solar photovoltaic module and other equipment or batteries. The high voltage test refers to applying a certain voltage between the frame of the solar photovoltaic module and the electrode lead to test the voltage resistance and insulation strength of the module to ensure that the solar photovoltaic module is not damaged under harsh natural conditions. The purpose of the test is to calibrate the output power of the battery, test its output characteristics, and determine the quality level of the components.
